the room was spacious with a lovely balcony view of the castle. the shower was too low for me.

Elevator stops between floors could definitely use improvement!!! Hot water access tends to be limited during peak hours which is a hassle!!! The lack of helpful signage around the hotel left me wandering!!!

The reception staff were real nice and always ready to assist us. The view of the fenced garden was something else, much better than we expected!

It wasn’t exactly cheap but still acceptable for what we got.

We stayed for 4 nights and really loved the spacious room and the fact that breakfast was served in our room—made mornings super relaxed! The staff was so nice and helped us with a last-minute dinner reservation. The only bummer was the aircon not being adjustable at cooler temps, so it got a bit stuffy sometimes.
